ECEL Environmental is a company founded by two pioneer professionals in the environmental area.

        One of the associates has 25 years of experience at CETESB’s (State Basic Sanitation Engineering Company) physical/chemical laboratory. The other associate shares 35 years of experience in the environmental area of the following institutions: CETESB – Environmental Control Area; MPESP (Sao Paulo State Public Ministry) – Environmental Operational Support Center; MS – Ministry of Health; COSAT – Labor Health Council and UNISANTA (Santa Cecilia University) – Chemical Engineering Department and Post Graduation in Labor Health Engineering.

        The knowledge acquired by these two professionals in such institutions, and the other team members’ multidisciplinary academic background and experience qualify ECEL to deal with complex environmental and occupational health issues.
